Call your ICA Insurance Agent. |

Provide the required information necessary to complete the Claims Notice Of Loss (e.g. date of loss, description, and any injuries) |

Your agent will notify the claim department of your loss for prompt handling of your claim. |

If you are unable to reach your agent, or you wish to call toll-free, call 1-800-686-0902. |

E-mail your ICA Agent to initiate a Loss Report.
Find your Agent's e-mail. |

Complete the required information on the form and send it to your agent. |
|
This will start the process. Your agent will contact you for any additional information prior to notifying the claim department of your loss. |
| Out of Town Accidents |

Out of town: If you are involved in an auto accident while you are out of town, place a call to your ICA Agent or go to the nearest InsuranCenter office. |

Out of state: If you are involved in an auto accident while you are out of state, contact your agent or place a call to the Central Claim Reporting Unit in Alpena
